In-Patient Therapy
Sunset Estates is a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) as well as a Nursing Home. We provide therapy with all 3 disciplines (physical, occupational, and speech therapy). Our goal is to strengthen the patient and restore normalcy in their life so that they can maintain independence as much as possible.
**As per CMS guidelines, certain parameters must be met prior to engaging in therapy.
